Wardeno — Privacy Policy

1. Summary

Wardeno is your subscription and privacy guard. The short version: your subscription data and financial picture are analyzed on your device and are never uploaded to us. There are no accounts and no central database of your finances.

2. Information Wardeno does NOT collect

• Subscription details, renewal dates, or spending data — processed and stored locally on your device only.
• Bank statements, receipts, or transaction histories — Wardeno does not connect to your bank accounts.
• Personal identifiers — no name, email, or account is required to use Wardeno.
• Contacts, precise location, or device files beyond what each feature explicitly requests.

3. How Wardeno detects subscriptions

Wardeno identifies recurring charges and subscriptions using on-device analysis of information available to the app on your phone (for example, App Store subscription status you choose to review, or entries you add yourself). Raw financial records never leave your device.

4. Privacy Guard feature

The privacy-cleanup feature inspects app permissions and privacy labels using only on-device data provided by the operating system. Nothing about your installed apps is transmitted to us.

5. Notifications

Renewal and trial-ending alerts are scheduled locally on your device. If you enable push notifications, alerts are delivered through Apple's Push Notification service; the alert content is generated on-device and notification delivery is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy.

6. Purchases

Wardeno Pro is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties, because we do not collect personal information. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.

8. Children's privacy

Wardeno is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.

9. Data security & deletion

All data lives on your device, protected by your device's own encryption and passcode. To delete all Wardeno data, delete the app — there is no server-side copy to erase.

10. Changes to this policy

Updates will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Material changes will be highlighted within the app before they take effect.
